2、Introduction 機組簡介
RYC16-750 Continuous Automatic Cutting Machine is a asistant machinery ,which can connect with thermoforming machine. It is suitable for PP, PS, PET, which is especially suitable for box or lid with lower depth, and other heterosexual products. The unit has high efficiency, high stabilityand can realize punching and shearing, stacking and counting into one machine, is a new kind of high automation equipment.
RY16-750連續(xù)式自動沖剪機是與我廠熱成型機組對接的一種新型成型周邊設備;可適用PP、PS、PET、PLA制品的沖剪。特別適用于深度較淺的方盒、蓋子等異性制品。同時,機組具有高效率、高穩(wěn)定性;該機可實現(xiàn)沖剪、堆疊、計數(shù)于一體,是一種新型高自動化設備。
3、 Machine characteristic機組特點
A. The cutting mechanism using slider-crank mechanism, mechanical moving at a high speed. The guide post include guide pins, which materials is quenched and tempered 45 # steel, hard chrome plating, good rigidity and accurate performance, wear resistance, helpful for increase the service life of the die cutter, die opening and closing machine adopts high precision ball guide pin, clamping precision is high.
沖切機構采用曲柄滑塊機構,機械式高速連動。模臺導向采用4導柱結構,導柱材料45#鋼調質,外鍍硬鉻,剛性好,導正性能精確,耐磨損,有助于模具剪口使用壽命,模臺開合采用高精度滾珠導柱套副,合模精度高。

D. Feeding and extruding use servo motor control up and down; Reduce the sheet transfer resistance, auxiliary mould cutting position. Maximum travel stoke is 120 mm.
